A 15-year-old boy is accused of murder in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Parnell Badon Jr. in a room of the Embassy Suites by Hilton near Portland International Airport in late November.
Deandrae Barber, who has been in juvenile detention since early this year on unrelated attempted murder allegations, made a brief appearance Wednesday in Juvenile Court as his family and the victim’s relatives sat on opposite sides of the public gallery in the courtroom.
