A 49-year-old man was charged with vehicular homicide in a fatal crash in Battle Ground last week.
A man was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide in a fatal collision in Battle Ground last week, police said.
Robert T. McIntyre, 49, was booked in Clark County jail Monday on charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault, jail records show. Photos of the crash show a flipped over gray truck and a severely damaged car.

Police and Clark County Fire District 3 responded to a two-vehicle collision at Eaton Boulevard and Southwest 20th Avenue around 11 p.m. on June 9. One passenger was found dead when police arrived, and four others from both vehicles were hospitalized with injuries that were not life threatening.
The cause of the crash or the names of those involved were not released.
