Fans of the long-running hit series “The Walking Dead” may still think of Chandler Riggs as Carl Grimes, the youthful son of Rick Grimes, the hero of the zombie apocalypse drama who was played for years by Andrew Lincoln. But Riggs is now a young man, and he’s playing the lead himself in a new movie that will film in Eastern Oregon.
