Dogfish Head Hazy O!
Review
Hazy O! debuted in September 2020 and is still not on enough peoples’ IPA radars. Oats, the holy-grail grain of hazy IPA, make four appearances in this beer — malted, rolled, naked, and oat milk — and the effect is surprisingly subtle (read: does not taste like cold oatmeal). The palate is light and soft with some nice citrusy flavor, and is easier-drinking than many of the NEIPAs that use oats (with lactose, not the case here) and can feel more like a milkshake than beer.
