The newest release from Barrell Craft Spirits, a Kentucky-based blender and bottler, this bourbon contains distillates from Tennessee, Indiana, and Kentucky, with age statements ranging from 6 to 16 years old. Despite its heady 55.6 percent ABV, this cask-strength whiskey’s alcohol barely registers on the palate.
