Although Anaheim tropical bar Strong Water, which is a freeway exit away from Disneyland, features a rum-heavy menu, bartender Lynette Le-Lim wanted to create a vodka drink that tasted like biting into fresh fruit on a hot day. Her Birds of Paradise vodka cocktail not only does that, but, according to her, it “is approachable to anyone that wants to enjoy escapism with any libation,” she says.
