Tonic cocktails don’t always have to be highballs. Serving this rye highball in an Old Fashioned glass allows the carbonation to dissipate faster than in a Collins glass, so it drinks more like a traditional cocktail as opposed to a long drink. Underberg bitters are sold in tiny 20ml bottles and are available at many grocery stores and specialty retailers.
