Dexter Foster, a linebacker who recently transferred to Central Catholic High from Roosevelt, verbally committed Sunday to Oregon State football.
Foster becomes the 13th player to commit to the Beavers’ 2024 recruiting class. The 6-foot-4, 200-pound Foster is the only linebacker to date in the upcoming class, and the lone in-state commit.
