With just days until the Decanter Fine Wine Encounter London returns this Saturday 11 November at The Landmark London, we wanted to make sure you have all the information you need to make an incredible day of it.
Check your inbox and download your eTicket: Please ensure you have the e-ticket on your phone or printed out to scan on arrival and you will receive a wristband depending on what access to the Encounter you have. Please note: If you have booked tickets on behalf of others, please check your Guest Ticket email to download guest tickets.
Getting to the venue: Please head to the north entrance at the Landmark London, which is across from Marylebone station. There are some planned closures on the London Underground so please allow more time for your journey.
Check-in for the Cellar Collection AM session opens at 10am: Doors to the Cellar Collection AM session open at 10.30 – 1.30pm. Doors to the Cellar Collection PM session open at 2.30pm – 5.30pm.
Check-in for the Grand Tasting opens at 10.30am: Doors to the Grand Tasting open at 11am and close at 5.30pm. We recommend you arrive early to ensure you make the most of your day.
Get front-row masterclass seats: Going to one of our exceptional Decanter Fine Wine Encounter Masterclasses during the day? A queue will begin to form down the side of the Masterclass room from around 20 minutes before the start of the class and your e-ticket will be checked again. Tables fill up from the front first, so planning ahead will give you a better chance of a good seat. Please refer to the timings of the Masterclasses and Discovery Tastings below.
Plan your day: You can now download the Tasting Catalogue and select the stand you would like to visit ahead of time. More than 100 outstanding wineries are presenting their wines in the Grand Tasting.
Taste award-winning wines: Don’t miss the Decanter World Wine Awards winners’ table which will be showcasing Gold, Platinum and Best in Show winners from the 2023 competition – a real treat for fine wine lovers.
