FEW Spirits Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Made at FEW Spirit’s Evanston, Ill. distillery, this is a high-rye mashbill bourbon that enters the bottled at 46.5 percent ABV. Its nose is dominated by attractive baked pastry and vanilla aromas, while a minty rye note takes charge on the palate, soon to be joined by a pleasant tart cherry note. While something of an outlier, profile-wise, in the bourbon space, this is a really enjoyable dram.
