For Siletz Valley’s Chelo Garcia, no stage is too big as she grabs second wrestling state title

Last year, Siletz Valley’s Chelo Garcia wrapped up the season with a dominant performance. At 100 pounds, she pinned her way through the state tournament, capping the night off with a one minute, 36 second pin of McKay’s Sarahi Chavez for the state title.

And for her senior year, Garcia wanted an encore performance.
