Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 15 seconds, or until thoroughly blended.
Strawberry SyrupCombine 500g of sugar to 500g of fresh strawberries and 100g of lemon peel. Allow to macerate for 6 to 12 hours. Add to a pot over medium heat with 250g of water, then allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Add 250g of ice to chill. Fine strain and refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Strawberry CordialBlend together 500g of strawberry purée to 500g of the strawberry syrup. Keeps refrigerated for up to 1 week.
