The Oregon State Fire Marshal says the Hat Rock and Mount Hebron fires are 100% contained, and the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office has lifted all evacuation orders.
The fire marshal relinquished control of the Hat Rock fire to local authorities Saturday morning and said no flare-ups have occurred since Thursday morning. The final size of the fire is 16,816 acres. At its height, it threatened 243 structures, including 65 residences, but none of them were damaged.
