The former home of Hair of the Dog Brewing has a new tenant: Labyrinth Forge Brewing, a nanobrewery that will open its first tasting room and commercial brewery in the Southeast Portland location.
Labyrinth founder and brewer Dylan VanDetta said he anticipated opening this summer in the Buckman neighborhood’s central eastside space, at 61 S.E. Yamhill St., Suite 1.
