A motorcycle driver died Saturday night after crashing into the side of an SUV in Portland’s St. Johns neighborhood. Police arrested another motorcyclist after he drove through the scene as officers investigated, leading police on a chase through the city, according to a statement from the Portland Police Bureau.
The fatal crash was the sixth traffic death in the city in a 10-day span and the second in five hours, police said.
