Portland police say a shooting Saturday in North Portland resulted in “multiple victims” but authorities have not released additional details.
It’s unclear how many people have been shot or their conditions.
The shooting occurred after noon near University Park. North Foss Avenue is closed between North Houghton and Hunt streets.
