The first round of the Class 6A boys basketball state tournament started on Wednesday night, with Oregon’s top basketball teams taking one step toward a state championship.
Due to weather, including rain and freezing conditions, three girls games were postponed from Tuesday and played on Wednesday night.
The second round of the boys state tournament will be on Friday night.
