Oregon gained ground in the polls after losing its opening Pac-12 series.
The Ducks (18-6, 1-2 Pac-12) are No. 19 with 169 points in the USA Softball poll and No. 20 with 178 points in the NFCA poll after dropping two of three to then-No. 11 Washington and beating Seattle.
That’s down from No. 19 with 162 points in the USA Softball poll and up from No. 21 but with 206 points in the coaches poll last week.
Oregon hosts No. 7 Stanford for a three-game series starting at 6 p.m. Friday.
