Stir all of the ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a chilled glass, and garnish.
Dashi-Infused Dry Vermouth
Place the nori sheet in the dry vermouth and let steep at room temperature for 10 minutes. Stir and continue to steep for another 10 minutes. Using a cheesecloth, strain out the nori while pouring the infused dry vermouth into a bottle. The dashi-infused vermouth will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
