When North Portland’s Chill N Fill hosts its next Oyster Pop Up Bar later this week, it’ll bring in a new brewery from Olympia, Washington and pair it with oysters from Washington’s Hood Canal. Ilk Beer will partner with Hama Hama Oysters for an evening of oysters and beer on Friday March 22, from 5:00 – 9:00pm at Chill N Fill.
Ilk Beer will be bringing its Hounds of Helles Lager, Circus Lupulus IPA, and its collaboration with Hama Hama Oysters, Shuck Around and Find Out Oyster Stout, to the event. These three beers will be paired with Hama Hama Oysters from Lilliwaup, Washington. It’ll be a great time to meet the makers and to learn about Ilk Beer that began brewing in Olympia
The oysters are shucked to order at $12 for a ½ dozen or $22 for a dozen and served with lemon, hot sauce and white wine mignonette. The event is all ages.
