The Jesuit Crusaders, who have been among the state’s favorites in Class 6A all spring, are headed to the state championship game after a 4-2 win over North Medford on Tuesday at Jesuit High School.
Jesuit took a two-run lead after two innings, scoring one run in each inning. North Medford tied it in the top of the fourth inning. But the Crusaders put up two more runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take a lead they would never give up.
