The Portland Trail Blazers promised fans and Damian Lillard that they would make moves to improve the roster by aquiring a veteran star. But all signs point to them drafting Scoot Henderson (G League Ignite), a 6-foot-2 point guard with the No. 3 pick in Thursday’s NBA draft.
The Blazer Focused podcast crew of Aaron Fentress of The Oregonian/OregonLive and Craig Birnbach believe that such a move does nothing to help Lillard. And if that’s the move, the Blazers should do Lillard a favor and trade him to a contender.

– How would Henderson fit with Lillard?
– Is there a scenario that could appease Lillard even while keeping Henderson?
– Much more.
