A fire in Wasco County near Mount Hood prompted Level 3 (go now) evacuations Saturday across several campgrounds.
The fire, dubbed the Boulder fire, has burned over 60 acres in a heavily forested area on steep slopes, officials said Sunday. Boulder Lake, Little Boulder Lake, Bonney Meadow, Badger Lake, Camp Windy and Post Camp campgrounds are under evacuation.
