The long anticipated release weekend for “Barbenheimer” is here — aka “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer,” which land in theaters the same weekend. With “Oppenheimer” claiming all the IMAX screens in the vicinity, ‘Barbie’ enthusiasts can turn to OMSI to get their super-sized fix.
OMSI’s Empirical Theater will host the largest screening of “Barbie” on its 61- by 40-foot screen. The theater also includes Dolby Atmos surround sound and steeply angled seating, meaning there are no obstructed views.
