Watershed Distillery Blended Straight Bourbon

This bourbon combines a blend of three whiskeys — two of which were distilled by the Ohio-based producer. A portion of that blend is made up with an apple-brandy-cask-finished bourbon, which proves to be the magic touch here, setting the tone with attractive fruity and woody aromas. The palate delivers bright cherry notes and a hint of toasted oak then comes full circle to those brandy casks. With concentrated flavor served at an approachable ABV, it’s hard not to love this craft release.
