It seemed like a long-time coming. West Linn’s Destiny Rodriguez has been a force in Oregon’s wrestling scene for four years.

In four seasons, she’s never lost against an Oregon opponent. She’s had only two matches in high school not won via pinfall. In the state tournament, she’s never had a match go beyond the into the third period. In four years, she’s spent a total of 14 minutes and 20 seconds wrestling in the state tournament.
