A 13-year-old boy accused of threatening to shoot up the Creative Science School in Southeast Portland Monday was arrested nearby with a replica gun and wearing a tactical vest bearing a patch that read, “BAD DECISIONS MAKE GOOD STORIES,” according to Portland police.
Just before 4 p.m., officers were dispatched to the school at 1231 S.E. 92nd Ave. on reports that a former student was making threats to commit a school shooting and was seen with a gun and wearing tactical gear.
