A former police officer from Douglas County, who had his prior convictions thrown out last month, is now facing a more extensive indictment on allegations he posed as a teenage boy on Facebook and compelled teen girls to send him sexually explicit photos and videos and sexually abused a 10-year-old girl.
On Wednesday, Douglas County Circuit Judge George William Ambrosini ordered the 37-year-old former officer, Alexander Marcus Salterio, held without bail on a 50-count indictment.
