By simply adding condensed milk to his lemonade recipe, Petr Balcarovsky, lead bartender of The Apparatus Room in Detroit, created a unique and rich spirit-free drink. The milk “brings a full mouthfeel that may resemble an experience of an Italian cream soda or a citrus-sicle with a balanced amount of richness,” Balcarovsky says of the resulting fluffy lemonade.
