A Columbia County Circuit Court judge on Monday granted a sexual abuse protective order against state Rep. Brian Stout, finding Stout pursued a woman after she ended their relationship and later “amplified the bullying by the malicious and unjustified harming” of her reputation.
Judge Cathleen Callahan issued the 13-page decision after a three-day hearing.
