Nike founder Phil Knight and Los Angeles Dodgers owner Alan Smolinisky have made a $2 billion-plus offer to purchase the Portland Trail Blazers, according to a report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Knight, 84, steed down as Nike chairman in 2015. According to Forbes, Knight’s net worth is $54.5. Smolinisky, 42, made his fortune in real estate. He became a part-owner of the Dodgers in 2019.
