This is a funky pink Prosecco. It has the aroma of cheese rinds and some herby vibes. There is a great concentration of fruit and persistent bubbles on the palate. It’s not a very complex wine but perfect for social events and weeknght sipping (pizza party anyone?). This wine was definitely made from happy grapes.
