When opening Sullivan’s Fish Camp in South Carolina, beverage director Jordan Moton consulted with co-owner and lead designer Kate Towill about her vision for the space, as detailed in our Inside Look. To reflect the restaurant’s nostalgic theme, she adapted variations of classics such as Trader Vic’s Royal Bermuda Yacht Club daiquiri. But for this version, she cut back on the velvet falernum. “I use a little less because I prefer a more tart cocktail,” Moton explains.
