We took it as a challenge to make Malört taste good!” In the recipe, raisin and chai spice-infused bourbon and Licor 43 smooth out Malört’s bracing qualities. “Spicy masala chai and sweet, nutty golden raisin notes linger on the finish as Malört does what it does so well and doesn’t leave your taste buds alone until maybe you take a few sips of water,” Weaver says.
