There were just 44 names listed in Oregon wrestling’s hall of four-time state champions on Sunday morning.
But Crescent Valley’s Daschle Lamer and DJ Gillett and Crater’s Hayden Walters made that 47 on Sunday afternoon. The trio, longtime friends, accomplished their mission that was years in the making at Veterans Memorial Coliseum as they each brought home Class 5A wrestling state titles to become four-time champions.
