A past president of the NAACP’s Portland chapter was found guilty last week of repeatedly raping and sexually abusing his stepdaughter nearly two decades ago.
Arnold “Skip” Osborne, now 73, was convicted March 8 on 74 counts of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse at the end of a seven-day trial before a Multnomah County Circuit Court jury.
