Sunday’s weather will be cloudy but dry to start then shift to rain in the early to mid-afternoon, according to National Weather Service hydrologist Andy Bryant. The chance of rain is 80%.
The high temperature Sunday will be a full 10 degrees cooler than Saturday, when the high temperature reached 68 degrees at Portland International Airport, 3 degrees shy of the record for March 18 set in 1988.
Monday is also likely to be wet, with the chance of precipitation at 90%. The forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday includes some sunshine, but the rain will return Thursday and Friday.
