A.E. Dor’s V.S.O.P. shows enjoyable restraint and nuance. Though not lacking in heady toasted oak and vanilla notes, the nose and palate leave plenty of room for fresh berry and stone fruit notes to shine. Enjoy in refreshing, citrusy cocktails, such as a highball or Sidecar.
