The Story Behind The Frozen Daiquiri
The frozen Daiquiri’s roots trace back to El Floridita, the historic restaurant and cocktail bar in Havana. Created in the 1930s by head bartender Constantino Ribalaigua Vert, the drink was often served to legendary writer and regular patron, Ernest Hemingway.
Made with crushed ice and three easy ingredients — sugar, rum, and lime — the Frozen Daiquiri refreshingly balances sweet and sour. After a few sips, it’s easy to see why this is a fan favorite.

- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
