Kids packed their baskets with plastic easter eggs filled with candy during the city of Wood Village’s 35th annual Easter egg hunt Saturday morning, April 8, 2023. The free event attracted hundreds of families to Donald L. Roberton City Park where the skies were gray and free of rain.
Just a few miles away in Fairview, families swarmed Community Park to visit the Easter bunny, enjoy arts, crafts and games, and go for a “egg walk.”
