N’Faly Dante, Oregon’s leading scorer and rebounder, will be back in 2023-24.
Dante, who averaged 13.4 points and 8.4 rebounds in 31 games with 30 starts last season, announced he’ll be returning for his fifth-year senior season.
The 6-foot-11, 230-pound center shot 61.4% from the field and 61.7% from the free throw line last season. Dante also had a career best 43 blocks, 33 steals and 33 assists. He did not play in the NIT due to a right ankle sprain.
Dante is the third UO starter to announce he’ll be returning, joining center Nate Bittle and guard Jermaine Couisnard.
