West Linn police have launched a homicide investigation in the death of a 45-year-old woman found Tuesday in the Cascade Summit Apartment complex, police said.
The woman’s 60-year-old husband led law enforcement officials to her body after calling police from at a gas station about 2 miles from the complex, said Sgt. Bill Garland, a spokesperson for West Linn police. He told police that he had an argument with his wife and she may be dead, according to a press release from the police department.
Police arrested the man, but he has not be identified as of Wednesday. The victim also has not been identified while police notify other family members.
