This bottle is very easy to find — and thankfully so because it is a great weeknight bubbly. It has a nice, briny, saline vibe on the nose, with some green apples and the tight, sweet juiciness of Meyer lemon. It’s crisp and refreshing, with good acidity, and not a hint of bitterness. It’s not a complex wine but a great aperitif.
