Neversink Select Bourbon Whiskey

If you want to experience an example of a brand taking Indiana-distilled bourbon and releasing something truly unique, buy this bottle. Made using a wheated mashbill, the whiskey spends around 3 months finishing in barrels that previously held Neverink’s Apple Apéritif (their take on Pommeau). Apple proves to be the prominent tasting note, arriving in freshly sliced and decadent baked vanilla guise. This would also be a great bottle for all those home bartenders out there.
