A second man is in custody in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Safeway grocery store in Vancouver earlier this month.
Austin Bell, 21, was arrested in Portland at about 5 a.m. Monday, police said. The Portland Police Bureau and Vancouver Police Department teamed up to serve a search warrant at a residence in the 10800 block of Southeast Stark Street. Bell was booked at the Multnomah County Jail, where awaits extradition to Clark County to face charges that likely include first-degree murder, first-degree assault and drive-by shooting.
