Sunny summer Waterfront Park Portland
A warm, mostly sunny Saturday will kick off a clear summer week in the Portland area.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for sunny skies and highs “right around the climatological norm,” which what meteorologists call a classic summer Saturday. Temperatures could hit 82 degrees in the afternoon.
The clear skies are expected to continue through Friday.
Temperatures for the week could peak Monday, with expected highs near 93 degrees. That’ll fall back into the high 80s on Tuesday, where highs will remain through Friday.
Wednesday could be the mildest day of the week, with mostly sunny weather and a high of 80 degrees.
