A driver was killed Monday morning in a crash on Northeast Marine Drive near 112th Avenue in Portland, police say.
Officers arrived at the scene at about 5:30 a.m. to find a car that had rolled down an embankment after hitting a parked, unoccupied vehicle.
The driver was the only person in the car, police say.
Police have closed Marine Drive from 33rd Avenue to 122nd Avenue for the initial phase of the investigation.
They ask that anyone who knows anything about this crash to send an email to crimetips@portlandoregon.gov.
