Add all of the ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice, and shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a large dollop of fresh whipped cream, a sprinkle of Maldon salt, and instant espresso powder.
Coffee Vanilla CreamIn a cold bowl, combine 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp. of instant espresso, and half of a scraped vanilla bean (or sub 1 tsp. of vanilla extract). Whisk by hand or with a mixer until soft peaks form.
