Here’s a list of changes and schedules for services and government offices due to the upcoming Fourth of July holiday.

Federal offices and courts: Closed Monday, July 4.
Oregon and Washington state offices and courts: Closed Monday.
Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington and Clark county offices, city of Portland and Vancouver offices, Metro regional center: Closed Monday.
TRANSIT
TriMet will run buses on Sunday schedules, MAX on regular weekend service, WES will not run, and the Portland Streetcar will run on weekend schedules Monday.
C-Tran is running on Sunday/holiday service Monday.
Note that the Morrison and the Hawthorne bridges will be closed to motor vehicle travel 7-11:30 p.m. Monday, July 4 for the Waterfront Blues Festival fireworks show. Drivers will need to use alternative routes. The bridges will remain open for bicyclists and pedestrians. Multnomah County is closing the bridges during this time because crowds often fill the bridges and cars stop to watch the fireworks, which can cause safety issues. If you use a TriMet bus line that crosses these bridges, check the schedule for updates; trimet.org/alerts
LIBRARIES
Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington county libraries and Fort Vancouver Regional Library District branches are closed Monday.

U.S. Postal Service offices closed, no regular mail service Monday.
Banks closed Monday, some in-store branches may be open.
Portland parking meters are free Monday.
ATTRACTIONS
Oregon Zoo: Open, tickets are required in advance; oregonzoo.org.
Oregon Museum of Science and Industry: Open, tickets available at omsi.edu.
Portland Art Museum: Closed Monday.
