What’s up? Like, what’s really up? A straight-up American brand making Prosecco. They must have good friends in the hills of the DOC because this wine is great. Your nose in the glass will give you images of the waxiness of honeycomb, with freshly sliced pear and some flower petals. The fruit has a mild depth (just right) and a refreshing strand of minerality that’s punched up by persistent bubbles. Sip this on its own or in a Mimosa. But it’s legit on its own.
